HOW DOES IT WORK?
Let's break down the coaching process and see what happens when you work with me:
The Coaching Sessions
The aim of the Coaching Sessions is to get you making the fastest possible progress towards your goals. This is key to my coaching mentorship philosophy. Someone to ask questions, bounce ideas off and have problems solved by.
Includes (1) 60-minute one-on-one Skype call once per month. During this call we go over every pain point in your business and engineer an exact action plan for you to follow.
The coaching takes place via Skype text chat. We do it this way, rather than a phonecall, because with text chat everything is saved. This way, you can consult the chat transcript and know exctly what was said.
After the coaching, I produce an Action Plan for you. This is normally a 12-15 page PDF of what we talked about, as well as a list of 4-6 Action Steps which tell you exactly what you need to do next.
Ongoing Guidance, Support, Accountability and Motivation
Any coaching & business plan will produce results for a time. But as we progress, our needs change and they need to be adapted. This is where the real skill of coaching comes in, it’s key to the whole process.
I'll be on hand to answer any questions that you have along the way.
